Safety Information and Vehicle  Requirements

Your safety, along with the safety of our staff, is our top priority. All visitors are required to remain inside their vehicles throughout the entire event. The Haunted Carwash is not responsible for any damage to vehicles. Please follow all posted signs and instructions from staff to ensure a safe experience. Any reckless or non-compliant behavior may result in being asked to leave.

Vehicle Restrictions

For your safety and ours, certain vehicles cannot be admitted into the Haunted Carwash tunnel. The following vehicles will not be permitted:

  • Vehicles exceeding the 7’ 2” maximum height clearance.
  • Vehicles with lowered suspensions or extra wide tires.
  • Vehicles with caked-on mud.
  • Vehicles with 5th wheels.
  • Vehicles with body damage, loose parts, trim, or aftermarket accessories.
  • Dually trucks.
  • Open-bed pickup trucks with any loose items or debris (beds must be completely cleared).
  • Motorcycles.

Driver & Passenger Requirements

Upon entering the tunnel, all drivers must shift their vehicles into neutral when instructed. Drivers must keep their hands off the steering wheel and feet off the pedals while inside the tunnel. Passengers must remain seated at all times, and any loud or disruptive behavior that could pose a safety risk is prohibited.

  • Tunnel Characters will pull on handles of car and could open car doors.
  • Tunnel Characters will interact with vehicle for the show.
  • Tunnel Characters will have props for show.
